Vuk is my "once in a lifetime" dog. She is my lil' red thought, my right hand, the pinch of zing for my bad days. She loves her life to the fullest, and her whole life is one big playtime. Vuk is on fire on the training fields and always ready to work a little bit more, better, faster, stronger!
When in the process of getting my first Aussie I knew to expect a energetic, clever and playful dog, but Vuk has proven herself to be much more among the first listed. She loves everything and everyone, but still she is most loyal to one person only, and her mission in life is to work with me.
Vuk is an easy dog in everyday life. She doesn't really guard our home and has since beginning shown curiosity but no fear to anything new. She's easy to motivate to do anything, she's really greedy for food. She has an extremely high play drive. She learns, reacts and moves fast and she definitely enjoys her life with full speed and a chance for a hazard! Vuk's flexibility and unbelievable coordination skills have since day one caused some eyebrows to rise, and the excellent body control of her's must be the reason she hasn't (yet, and hopefully never will) even once hurt herself badly, even if she goes around full speed - no matter if it's agility obstacles or search-and-rescue course!
Since the beginning Vuk has been the perfect dog for me. Many people say there's no perfect dog and that every dog has their flaws. Well, then, Vuk's only flaw would be that I will not get a puppy of her's for myself. Even after many tries we haven't been able to get puppies out of her, and we never will. More than anything I would've wanted to have a puppy out of Vuk, but like said, there must be something wrong even with the best dog. Be it so there's only one of them.
